Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 법인택시기사의 신체적 건강과 정서적 건강에 대한 관련요인을 규명하는 것이다. 주요 요인으로 업무관련 피해경험과 사업장 안전문화수준을 조사하였다.
방법: 이 연구는 횡단면적 조사연구이다. 편의표집방법을 통해 대상자를 선정하였으며 서울지역 181명의 법인 택시기사가 설문을 작성하였다.
결과: 이변량분석에서는 급여방식과 사업장 안전문화수준이 택시기사의 신체적 건강과 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 또한 피해경험 가운데서는 위협, 신체적 폭행, 절도, 무단요금거부 각각에 대해 경험이 있는 그룹이 없는 그룹보다 신체적 건강 수준이 높았다. 단계적 선택법 다중회귀분석에서는 급여방식과 신체적 폭행이 신체적 건강의 예측요인으로 나타났다. 한편, 연령, 피해경험 가운데서는 욕설피해, 위협, 무단요금거부 경험, 그리고 사업장 안전문화 수준이 이변량분석에서 택시기사의 정서적 건강과 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 단계적 선택법 다중회귀분석에서는 절도, 무단요금거부 경험, 사업장 안전문화수준이 정서적 건강의 예측요인으로 나타났다.
결론: 택시기사의 건강상태를 증진시키기 위해서는 급여방식을 개선해야 하며, 피해경험을 줄일 수 있는 정책을 도입하고, 사업장 안전문화수준을 높이기 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors related to physical and affective well-being of taxi drivers. The main factors of interests were workplace hazards and work environment.
Method: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study. A convenience sampling method was utilized. 181 taxi drivers in Seoul metropolitan area completed survey questionnaires.
Result: In bivariate analysis, payment system, workplace hazards, and work environment were associated with physical health of taxi drivers. Multiple regression analysis revealed payment system and workplace hazards were significant predictors of physical health. On the other hand, age and workplace hazards, and work environment were significantly associated with affective health in the bivariate analysis. Moreover, workplace hazards and environment were significant predictors of affective health in the multiple regression analysis.
Conclusion: To improve taxi drivers’ health status, it is critical to reform payment system to monthly payment, establish prevention policies of workplace hazards, and encourage employers and taxi drivers to make efforts for better work environment.
